Build Your Career, Impact Your Community, Join Our Colonial Family! Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Supervisor fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization's efficient operation and success.
Responsibilities include management of a team of Sales Analysts tasked with customer set ups, pricing, invoicing, and customer service and sales support.
JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES Manage, supervise, and train Sales Analysts and measure performance using various KPIs.
Review and complete employee evaluations as required by the Human Resources Department.
Recruit, interview, and select new employees for Sales Operations.
Utilize PDI/Enterprise (ERP system) as a centralized fuel pricing and quoting system, leveraging the supply and pricing process in an efficient and consistent manner across the entire organization.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for Marine, Industrial, Government, Retail, and Wholesale customers.
Set up customer quote profiles and customer account maintenance in PDI.
Performs fuel cost and supply analysis.
Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, or letter.
Support sales teams in onboarding new customers.
Continually review processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
Create both standard and custom reports requested by operations, sales, and management.
Assist with system automation.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 3 years' experience in sales analytics, customer service, or operations role in a B2B sales environment.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Previous experience/exposure with ERP systems.
Strong Teamwork and Organization Development skills.
Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into technology requirements.
Outstanding communication (oral, writing and presentation skills).
Demonstrated ability to work well across multiple teams and personalities in a corporate environment.
Responsive to the needs of internal and external customers with sense of urgency and commitment to follow up.
Ability to work with little supervision and effectively use problem solving skills.
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Power BI.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with attention to detail.
